Nicole Morales is a nurse consultant in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit in New Zealand with extensive experience in adult critical care. She previously worked as a nurse coordinator, clinical coach and nurse educator, with a strong passion for education and staff development. For the past three years, she has been actively involved in the delivery of a Critical Care course. Her professional interests include quality improvement, patient safety and evidence-based nurse-led initiatives. She is currently completing a Master of Health Sciences and is committed to advancing critical care nursing practice.
