Dr Tom Finn is a Staff Specialist in Intensive Care Medicine at Nepean Intensive Care and a Clinical Senior Lecturer with the University of Sydney. He holds a Graduate Certificate of Health Professions Education and has a strong interest in the design and delivery of structured education programs in critical care. As Education Lead for Nepean ICU, he leads the fellowship teaching program, convenes the Strategic Approach to the Fellowship Exam (SAFE) course, and oversees BASIC and departmental teaching. He also contributes as faculty to a range of critical care education programs, with experience spanning simulation-based education, assessment and curriculum development.
