2025 Educator Development Scholarship recipient Nicole recently brought her local community together in New Zealand, hosting a fundraising Pilates event in support of intensive care research.

The class brought together friends, colleagues and supporters to raise funds for intensive care research, with $400 raised to support the Foundation's work. The event was a wonderful success, and Nicole has said she would like to organise more events in future!

Nicole's initiative highlights how individuals can make a meaningful difference through their passion, creativity and commitment to help fund research, education and opportunities that improve patient care and support the next generation of intensive care professionals.
