Structure
The Intensive Care Foundation is overseen by a Board of Directors, supported by independent Scientific Review Committees and a Fundraising Committee, each with representation from across Australia and New Zealand.
Stakeholders
The Intensive Care Foundation values the dedication of all those working to improve ICU care across Australia and New Zealand. Meet the Board, committees, and staff driving our mission forward.

Board of Directors
The Board is comprised of senior, highly experienced intensive care medical practitioners and corporate professionals who serve on a pro bono basis. They are responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and fiduciary oversight of the Foundation.

Education and Research Scientific Review Committees
The Education and Research committees are comprised of highly experienced representatives from the intensive care community. Their role is to rigorously assess research, education, and professional development grant applications, providing recommendations to the Board on which projects to fund.

Fundraising Committee
This committee is instrumental in supporting the Foundation’s mission by driving fundraising initiatives. It includes corporate executives and philanthropists who volunteer their time and cover the costs of key donor events, enabling us to raise the vital funds necessary for our work.
We welcome individuals with passion and expertise to join our committees. If you are interested in contributing to our mission, we encourage you to reach out.
Along with our Fundraising Chair we are grateful for the support of the following committee members.
