Belinda is a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Team Leader in a quaternary Intensive Care Unit in Sydney. Belinda has extensive experience in nursing education and intensive care clinical practice, having held previous roles as a Nurse Educator, post-graduate course coordinator in Intensive Care and as a Lecturer at University of Technology, Sydney.

In 2020 she contributed to the delivery of an ICU nursing upskill program and in 2022 commenced her PhD at UTS to research the critical care nursing education requirements to equip nurses for deployment to the ICU to augment Australian ICU capacity in times of surge.
