Tracy is an experienced Registered Nurse with 17 years experience in the Critical Care field including eight years in senior education and managerial roles. Tracy is currently a Nurse Educator in Wellington ICU, NZ and key in the development of national educational projects including the eLearning Programme (Induction) in Critical Care NZ (EPICCNZ) and Te Kūaha, a Critical Care nursing education gateway.

Tracy is passionate about education and the development of novice health practitioners in order to improve patient, whānau (family) and staff experience in Critical Care.
